How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please complete our contact form with your Order ID and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Return Conditions

  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Fees

  • Reverse Pick-Up: If you require our courier to collect the item from your location, a charge of AED 15 applies for Metro areas and AED 25 for Remote areas.

Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Your return is approved, refund will be processed to your original form of payment up to 7 days
  • COD Collections: For customers who used Cash on Delivery, please note that COD remittance is processed three times a month. Any balance remaining after return fees will be adjusted against your collections.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees (AED 15 for city areas or AED 25 for remote areas) are non-refundable.
